Our Shorlisting Service

The same as our full recruitment service EXCEPT our extensive interviewing is all done over the telephone!

1. You can advertise your vacancy or we can do it for you (advertising costs are additional).

2. Your Rosebank Business Consultant will receive and screen applications and resumes according to the skills, knowledge and experience you require.

3. Your Rosebank Business Consultant will telephone suitable applicants to further discuss their resume details in relation to your vacancy requirements.

4. We will extend this telephone conversation to a full telephone interview for the best applicants. We will use competency based questions to determine which applicants display the characteristics that are best suited to your vacancy.

  • We make the initial phone call. If we want to conduct a full interview we check if it is a good time to talk - we often call back after hours so our applicants feel more at ease and we don’t have to interrupt them at work.
  • We have a lengthy conversation to help us gain all of the information we need to make an informed decision.

5. The best applicants will be chosen and referee checked.

6. We will contact and provide feedback to all unsuccessful applicants. At Rosebank Shortlist Solutions we treat our applicants as we like to be treated ourselves. We contact EVERY applicant who applies for a position with us.

7. Your Rosebank Business Consultant will advise you of the names of your shortlisted candidates and organise interviews on your behalf. You now have your best candidates!!!

8. You will be presented with a copy of a resume, a candidate summary report and a referee report for each of the final shortlisted candidates to assist you with your interviews.
